Emotional Preparedness: One more thing

Back when we were talking about how to deal with stress, I neglected to mention one of the most important things to do when we’re having a tough time– and that is to pray.

Whenever we find ourselves overwhelmed with life and feeling like we’re in over our heads, always remember that there is One who knows our every need and One who knows how to calm our inner storms. Don’t forget to turn to the greatest source of help… don’t forget to pray!
